Congratulations to Bill Ash and Simon Shewmaker for winning FinTech’s Spring Business Plan Competition with their company Pinellas Scientific.  The business partners met in a class at USF and, subsequently, both the business plan and technology behind the product, were developed while Ash and Shewmaker were attending USF.  Fintech is the leader in settling regulated invoices electronically.
